Abstract
Along with a number of other Czech public figures, and Greg Dyke, the former BBC Chief Executive, Jan Culik was interviewed for the Czech public service TV documentary "Pod dlažbou je pláž" ("There is a beach under that pavement", 52 mins.) , which dealt with the role of public service television in European countries. The film was broadcast on Czech TV on 11th November, 2013 and is available on the web here: http://www.ceskatelevize.cz/ivysilani/10558218896-pod-dlazbou-je-plaz/
