Abstract

The effects of variable geometry inlet on its performance were studied extensively. Experimental methods involved are Pressure Sensitive Paint, Particle Image Velocimetry, Colour Schlieren, oil flow and many other standard methods. Results show how flow structures inside inlet-isolator could determine its performance.
