Abstract
This report sets out the findings of a study trip to three Higher Education Institutions (HEI’s) in London during the week beginning 8th August 2005. The trip was funded via sponsorship from the Robbie Ewen Fellowship. The main aims were to bring a greater degree of standardization, robustness, and audit control to data supplied in response to surveys.
