Abstract
A fixing for the attachment of a flexible tube 9 within an aperture 6 of a structure 5, comprises a bung 1 with an external taper 3 and a shoulder 2 such that upon application of a tensile load the bung is drawn into the aperture, causing the tube to be gripped between the taper of the bung and an internal taper 7 of the aperture. The bung may have a hole concentric with the axis of the bung, or may be solid.
