Abstract

We characterize the selectable harmonic mode-locking regimes at 20GHz and 40GHz in a GaAs/AlGaAs colliding-pulse mode-locked laser with non-absorbing mirrors. The laser emits pulses of ~2-2.3ps at 830nm, with average power of ~16-18mW.
