Abstract

More specifically the report considers: housebuilder land acquisition strategies; the interaction of housebuilders and the planning system; and the extent, objectives and mechanics of land transactions that take place between housebuilders and the likely impact of the credit crunch on housebuilder behaviour and industry structure.
