Abstract

Over the last two decades, Scotland has witnessed a significant reduction in violence, leading to an increasing consensus around Scotland’s ‘public health approach’ to violence reduction. This briefing paper aims to summarise the evidence-base on violence reduction in Scotland and highlight key lessons for other jurisdictions.
