Abstract

Rebecca Williams is a Lecturer in Environmental Law at Edinburgh Napier University. Previously she was a Teaching Fellow and the Interim Director of the Strathclyde Centre for Environmental Law and Governance at the University of Strathclyde. Her research focuses on the intersection of environmental and agricultural law, and particularly climate change.
