Abstract
Joy Dunlop is a Gaelic singer and television presenter who first came to prominence as a Gold Medal winner at the Royal National Mòd. Since then, she has made several solo and collaborative albums while promoting Gaelic culture in Scotland more generally through her other work in arts administration, education and the media. In this interview she discusses her career and the opportunities and challenges of working in a minority language.
