Abstract

This contribution outlines the evolution of Learn- ing Cities worldwide, from its inception to its cur- rent global implementation, with a strong focus on the work of the PASCAL Observatory over the past two decades. It highlights the model's signifi- cance in promoting UNESCO's sustainable devel- opment objectives by fostering learning opportuni- ties for all members of society.
