Abstract
Albín Sybera has experienced remarkably destructive flash floods in Slovenia over the past few days, while Czech tourists were still going on holiday there as though there were no problems. Should there not be some kind of pan-European media, something like the BBC, to ensure that EU citizens are informed about what is going on outside their countries, so that people are not locked into their domestic bubble?
