Abstract

This talk will review the the main literature available concerning the application of portfolio analysis for EAP courses. It will start by discussing the principles of portfolio assessment in EAP before reviewing three research papers, one of which focuses on the application of such an assessment technique in summer pre-sessional university EAP courses.
