Abstract

A four-channel distributed feedback laser array based on four phase-shifted sampled Bragg gratings with a channel spacing of 0.8 nm at around 1560 nm lasing wavelength is reported. Side-mode suppression ratios >50 dB with an output power of around 57 mW were achieved.
