Abstract

Jan Čulík talks to Josef Patočka, a researcher at Reset, a platform for social and ecological transformation, about a new analysis by Reset on how the Czech Republic has managed the ecological transformation so far. It is not being managed very well because the government is funneling money to big business and oligarchs, but real ecological transformation must come from ordinary people, from their initiative, and must bring economic and social benefits in local communities. The European Union agrees with this. This Britské listy interview was broadcast on Regionalnitelevizi.cz from Tuesday 26 July 2022.
