Abstract

Has the influence of the oligarchs, who had turned the Czech Republic into their playground, weakened after Andrej Babiš left the Czech premiership? Or do they continue to have a corrosive influence on the present and future of the Czech Republic in the age of global warming, threatening its energy policy and social security even under Fiala's current right-of-centre government? Jan Čulík talks about this with Albin Sybera, aBritské listy journalist. The interview was broadcast by the Czech cable TV station Regionalnitelevize.cz from 19th July 2022.
