Abstract

The importance of listening to children’s voice is acknowledged in international literature. However, it is not clear whether educational researchers really listen to them. Therefore, we undertook a systematic literature review to understand multiple aspects to provide unique insights from international literature about children’s voice in educational research, with a specific focus on young children in the age group of 3 to 7 years. The systematic analysis sought to identify, appraise and synthesize international research which focuses on listening to children’s voices.
