Abstract

The article is about German labour camps as an ultimate expression of the spirit of National Socialism. Unlike death camps and concentration camps, labour camps have received relatively little attention as spaces of biopower in fascist Germany. This article argues they should be examined as the topos of the National Socialist ideology unlike any other.
