Abstract

The new Czech government, formed by a coalition of several centre-right parties, promised to move the Czech Republic closer to the centre of the European Union and the West. Its political strategy, especially in the field of economics, and the environment, seems to be informed by extreme right wing approaches, warns Czech sociologist Stanislav Biler in this interview with Jan Čulík. The interview was broadcast by the Czech cable TV station Regionalnitelevize.cz from 22nd February 2022.
