Abstract

I curated this group exhibition which combined historical works from The Hunterian collection, new commissions and recent acquisitions of contemporary artworks (including film works acquired via substantial grants from Art Fund and Contemporary Art Society), and loans from other institutional collections and a range of international artists. The exhibition addressed the multiple transformations in how 'landscape' is perceived, understood and represented in contemporary art and culture.
