Abstract

The UBDC blog introduces the Gendered Journeys research project, an international, collaborative project with colleagues in the University of Glasgow, the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta, and the University of Rwanda. The Gendered Journeys project explores inequalities in STEM using mixed methods, specifically a large-scale survey, interviews and focus groups, and secondary administrative data analysis.
