Abstract

An example of strong radiation power of THz emission from the mesas fabricated from Bi 2 Sr 2 CaCu 2 O 8+δ high-T c superconductor intrinsic Josephson junctions is given together with the effective model in which an effective LRC-values are considered as adjustable parameters to maximize the radiation power emitted.
