Abstract
This is a short film made in collaboration with the St Magnus Festival in summer 2021 to mark the centenary of the birth of the Orcadian writer George Mackay Brown. It features a conversation between Kirsteen McCue and Linden Bicket, co-editors of the new edition of Brown's pivotal 1969 book An Orkney Tapestry. This conversation was recorded by the media unit at the University of Glasgow who are credited at the end of the film.
