Abstract

This is a protocol for a Cochrane Review (Intervention). The objectives are as follows: To compare the immunogenicity and efficacy of a full inactivated poliovirus vaccine (IPV) initial immunization schedule using fractional dose IPV given via the intradermal route versus full dose IPV given via the intramuscular route.
