Abstract

The winner of the 1997 Stanley Segal Award, Deirdre A. Torrance, a learning support teacher in a special school for secondary pupils with identified social, emotional and behavioural difficulties, considers the existence and effects of bullying in an Edinburgh mainstream primary school.
