Abstract
This book chapter elaborates on the legacies of migration experiences during socialism in Yugoslavia on returnees in the post-Yugoslav era. The case under analysis is Serbia and the main sources are the narratives of six returnees who left socialist Yugoslavia for temporary employment abroad and returned before and after the country’s collapse.
