Abstract
In the first week of January 2019, the Democratic Party took over the House of Representatives. Jan Čulík talks to Jiří Pehe, the well-known Czech political analyst and director of the Prague branch of New York University about the political situation in the United States at the beginning of 2019. The interview was broadcast by the Czech cable TV station Regionalnitelevize.cz from 4th January 2019.
