Examines issues arising in relation to adducing in criminal proceedings evidence obtained from social networking sites (SNS). Discusses how SNS can be challenged, including challenges to the authenticity of SNS-derived evidence and challenges based on evidentiary exclusionary rules. Provides best practice guidance.
