Abstract
This short paper presents five papers discussing accessibility, usability and other end-user issues related to mobile apps for disabled people. The papers include experimental investigations, end user-interviews and end-user questionnaires on particular technologies, including new prototypes, and the development of guidelines. End-user groups included frail older people, people with cognitive impairments and visually impaired people. They are introduced by a brief discussion of mobile apps potential, accessibility and usability.
