Abstract
The GoWell: studying change in Glasgow’s East End baseline survey was conducted between May and August 2012, in which at total of 1,015 adult householders took part. This report builds on community engagement work carried out in the East End over 2013 and early 2014, offering information of interest to social landlords and other stakeholders in the six study communities.

In response to feedback at public and policy engagement events, the report is structured around the following themes:

1. Neighbourhood and sustainability 2. Health and exercise 3. Quality of local amenities 4. Use of sports facilities 5. The Commonwealth Games.

Data is presented for each of the six communities that comprise the study area: Bridgeton; Calton; Camlachie; Dalmarnock; Gallowgate and Parkhead.

The report concludes with an overview of contrasts and comparisons across the study area.
