Abstract
An essay on the photographs and sculptures of Norwegian artist, published in a limited edition to accompany an exhibition of her work. The text draws on the psychoanalytic theories of Didier Anzieu, amongst other critical thinkers, to offer a way of understanding the uses of skin and breath as formal devices and gendered constructs in Storsveen's art.
