Abstract
This booklet was produced for those who care for banners, funded by the Museums and Galleries Commission. It has been updated and made available online with support from the Designation Challenge Fund. It is designed to outline some general guidelines relating to the care of banners to help enhance their long-term survival and enable them to be safely handled. It also includes a detailed description of how to roll a banner.
