Abstract
Discusses the significance, in respect of the need for the threat of eviction, of the Supreme Court decision in Morris v Rae on whether a seller's liability under a grant of absolute warrandice could be triggered where the person making the threat of eviction had an unquestionable title to the land even though that title was not registered at the time. Looks at how the Supreme Court decision has added flexibility to the law.
