Abstract

The project and associated Doctoral research aims to explore the strategic and operational processes related to the growth of internationalised Scottish firms (SMEs) and to evaluate the impact of the GCDP on such SMEs. A major output concerns an improved understanding of organisational learning processes for internationalization; and lessons are drawn for some redesign of the GCDP.
