Abstract

The narrative exploration of the construction and reconstruction of new teachers’ teacher identity through the use of guided reflective journals is the focus of this paper. The journey and experiences the participants had in practice teaching sessions were recorded in journals which are being analysed for common themes. Initial themes include classroom management, feedback and lesson design.
