Abstract
This is an excerpt from a talk that Jan Čulík gave to the Threat Defuser (https://threat-defuser.org/) seminar in Prague on 22nd April 2022. The project Threat Defuser deals with hybrid warfare and a plan to safeguard societies. It explores the role of "soft" information strategies propagated through mass and social media that constitute hybrid warfare. Full English language transcript of this talk is included.
