Abstract

We present a hybrid antenna design for terahertz (THz) communication. The proposed antenna operates in the frequency range of 0.35-0.45 THz. Simulations show that the combination of graphene material and gold improves the antenna efficiency up to 80% in the desired frequency band. The proposed hybrid design can be used in high-speed wireless communications in the future.
