Abstract

Protestant clergyman Richard Vlasák reports in this interview conducted by Jan Čulík that Czech civic society has been incredibly active and effective in its help to the Ukrainian refugees. However, in contrast to this, the reaction of the Czech government authorities has been mostly indolent and ineffectual. Why? This interview was broadcast by the Czech cable TV station Regionalnitelevize.cz from 18th March 2022.
