Abstract

Undertakes a comparative evaluation of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 to assess the veracity of claims that the Scottish freedom of information regime guarantees greater rights for applicants than the system operating in England and Wales.
