Abstract
"If someone stands there, with one foot in the water and with one foot on the shore, it will kill him or her. If someone works in that glasshouse, it will also kill him/her. I have been working in this sector for twenty years and these corpses, these explosions and these fires come to my desk all the time." Ing. Oldřich Maděra, an international specialist in high voltage electricity power lines warns in this Britské listy Interview, in conversation with Jan Čulík, that the provisional high voltage power line, built near the town of Břeclav in southern Moravia after the permanent high voltage powerline had been destroyed by a tornado, does not respect Czech technical standards and on the territory of some twenty square kilometres near Břeclav, people's lives are in danger of electrocution. The interview was broadcast by the Czech cable TV station Regionalnitelevize.cz from 20th August, 2021.
