Abstract
Demonstration against dictators do not work when the democratic countries fail to show any solidarity with the pro-democratic demonstrators and tolerate the authoritarian regimes. After the recent kidnap of the Belorussian journalist Raman Pratasevich Jan Čulík talks to Aliaksei Kazharski, a specialist in international relations who teaches at Charles University, Prague, and Comenius University in Bratislava, about the current situation in Belarus. The interview was broadcast by the Czech cable TV station Regionalnitelevize.cz from 9th June 2021.
