Abstract

Jan Čulík talks to Dr. Kateřina Šimáčková, who teaches constitutional law at Masaryk University in Brno, Czech Republic, and is a justice of the Czech Constitutional Court, about the current state of the Czech justice system and about how she teaches critical thinking to her students. The interview was broadcast on the Czech cable TV station Regionalnitelevize.cz from 27th November, 2020.
