Abstract

The number of Covid-19 infections is growing astronomically in the Czech Republic. In this situation, the former Czech President, now old-age pensioner Václav Klaus senior, has published a statement about the pandemic which includes much misleading information. Jan Čulík talks to the Prague doctor Boris Šťastný about the current Covid-19 situation in the Czech Republic and about his own, important public statement, which corrects Klaus's incorrect information. The interview was broadcast on the Czech cable TV station Regionalnitelevize.cz from Friday 16th October 2020.
