Abstract

Tracking changes in heart rate plays a vital role in health care. In this work, we propose a watch-type device for heart rate monitoring, which can be comfortably worn on a wrist. This wearable device is based on a highly sensitive sensor, which is appropriate for biopressure and bioforce measurements. Results of testing measurements in the laboratory show the accuracy of the implemented device.
