Abstract

A Carboniferous sandstone slab containing two trackways from the Coal Measures of Scotland was donated to the Hunterian Museum in 1926. These trackways have never previously been described and consist of smaller Matthewichnus and larger ?Pseudobradypus tracks. This occurrence is one of only two known from the Carboniferous of Scotland in museum collections the other being in the collections of the Paisley Museum.
