Abstract

The report demonstrates that reconfigurable photonic metamaterials provide a flexible platform for dynamic and rapid control of metamaterial optical properties. This also demonstrates that this approach allows tuning, modulation and switching of photonic metamaterials via electric and magnetic control signals.
