Abstract

Professor Carruthers comments on the possible effects of Brexit upon the subject of civil and commercial jurisdiction, and judgment recognition and enforcement, with particular reference to the Brussels I Recast Regulation, the 2007 Lugano Convention and the 2005 Hague Convention on Choice of Court Agreements.
