Abstract
In our recent vote to find Scotland’s favourite book-to-screen adaptation no-one could beat the highly successful adaptation of Outlander by Diana Gabaldon, but Spark’s work has resonated in book form - and on screen - for decades. In fact, it was another medium – the radio - which fascinated and inspired her work, as Willy Maley investigates.
