Abstract
This paper is reevaluating the relationship between Jacques Maritain's philosophical and political thought and Benjamin Fondane's existential philosophy. Supported by Maritain's articles and books published after 1945, it is demonstrated that the dialogue between Maritain and Fondane was highly significant, including their discussion about Judaism.
