Abstract

The Library and the Research Strategy and Innovation Office (RSIO) at the University of Glasgow have a strong relationship and a long history of working together to engage with researchers and to support key University activities including REF2014. This presentation will focus on four key areas: 1) support for Open Access compliance, 2) the capture of KE and impact, 3) the development of a research KPI, and 4) the use of bibliometrics. It will provide snapshots which demonstrate the disruptive innovation these have enabled and the role of Enlighten, the institutional repository service, to keep pace with new and emerging needs of researchers.
