Abstract
Mr. Duhamel has commented on the interpretative complexities surrounding the ‘comply or explain’ principle, especially with regard to the following two points: whether the principle itself effectively offers a ‘one concept fits all’ approach and whether it is quintessentially a Pascalian wager.
